Open Audition Announcement

‘THE LAST FIVE YEARS’ AUDITIONS:  TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2025, at the THE BECKLEY WOMAN’S CLUB. WV Collective proudly announces auditions for its upcoming production of THE LAST FIVE YEARS – which will be opening at THE BECKLEY WOMAN’S CLUB July 24, 2025 and run thru July 27, 2025.

The Cast

1. JAMIE WELLERSTEIN: Male, age 25-55
2. CATHERINE HIATT: Female, age 25-55

Preparing For The Audition

Auditionees are asked to have the following prepared:

1. 2 contrasting musical selections (approximately 32 bars each) that showcase your vocal range and emotional connection to material. Contemporary selections are preferred. An accompanist will be provided, if you wish to bring sheet music. Otherwise, a cappella is perfectly fine.
2. A short monologue (1–2 minutes.) Again, contemporary theater preferred.

• We’re also looking to fill several behind the stage roles, so fellas, don’t feel left out.
